We are thrilled to announce that Multi has appointed Air to develop the brand positioning, visual identity, and wayfinding for the Allee Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Budapest, Hungary. This exciting collaboration comes as part of a comprehensive refurbishment project aimed at enhancing the centre’s offerings and solidifying its place as a leading destination in the heart of Budapest.
Currently working alongside Multi’s architectural team, TTDesign, Air is playing a pivotal role in transforming Allee into an even more dynamic and diverse shopping and dining experience. The revitalization will include a major expansion of the food and beverage (F&B) options, bringing a variety of new dining experiences to complement the retail spaces, creating an immersive and multi-sensory journey for visitors.
Spanning 46,700 m² across three floors, Allee is already home to 142 national and international retail brands, including well-known names like Van Graaf, H&M, and Levi’s. The centre also provides an array of additional services, such as 13 office spaces, a 13-screen cinema, a fitness centre, and a large parking garage with 1,200 spaces. With nearly 100% occupancy and over 18 million visitors annually, Allee stands as one of Budapest’s most frequented and loved shopping destinations.
Air’s contribution will go beyond simply updating the branding. Our work will align the visual identity and wayfinding systems with the renewed architecture and updated facilities, ensuring a seamless, cohesive experience for visitors from the moment they arrive. By blending functionality with modern design, we aim to strengthen Allee’s position as a vibrant cultural and retail hub in Budapest, offering an exciting and engaging environment for both locals and tourists.
