Air Design is excited to be developing the wayfinding strategy and public space interior design for River City Prague, an ambitious urban district development owned by CA Immo. This dynamic project spans across a variety of spaces, including car parks, public realm areas, and tenant listings throughout the complex, alongside the interior signage for two new office buildings under construction: Mississippi House and Missouri Park.
The scope of our work also includes designing the public space interiors, rooftop gardens, an outdoor office pavilion, and a mobile kitchen for the two new office developments, which aim to foster a collaborative, creative, and vibrant environment. This design approach complements the advanced sustainable architecture of the development, designed by Schmidt Hammer Lassen, which emphasises wellness, vitality, and renewability.
River City Prague is an architecturally striking urban complex, featuring Danube House, Nile House, and Amazon Court along the banks of the River Vltava in the heart of Prague. The latest additions, Mississippi House and Missouri Park, will add 20,700 sqm of premium office space to the district. With eight above-ground floors, two underground parking levels for 230 spaces, cutting-edge technologies, and excellent transport links, these buildings will further enhance the vibrant local infrastructure, which includes shops, restaurants, and cultural venues.
Air Design’s contribution to this ambitious project will ensure a seamless user experience and help establish River City Prague as a modern, sustainable, and innovative place to work, live, and visit.
