Air Design is thrilled to announce the successful completion of fresh branding for Legal & General’s Leisure Fund portfolio. This project involved the creation of a cohesive and impactful brand identity that reflects the diverse nature of the leisure properties within the portfolio. Our design approach aimed to not only create a visual identity for the entire Leisure Fund but also to highlight the unique characteristics of each property within it.
The Leisure Fund portfolio consists of a wide range of leisure destinations, from family-friendly amusement parks to relaxing outdoor retreats, and our branding strategy was designed to showcase the individual charm of each site while maintaining a unified, recognisable visual identity. By doing so, we’ve ensured that each property in the Leisure Fund stands out in its own right while benefiting from a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.
Air Design worked closely with Legal & General to understand the diverse goals of each property and tailor the branding to suit. This involved conducting in-depth research into the target audiences and market trends for each leisure space, ensuring that the new branding resonates with customers, investors, and stakeholders. The branding elements—ranging from logos and colour schemes to typography and signage—have been carefully crafted to provide consistency and flexibility, enabling the brand to adapt to different settings while retaining its core identity.
The goal of the new branding is to attract potential investors and customers to the Leisure Fund while establishing a strong visual presence in the leisure sector. We are confident that this new identity will not only help define the future of the Leisure Fund portfolio but also solidify its position as a leading player in the ever-growing leisure industry.
This collaboration highlights Air Design’s expertise in creating dynamic, recognisable designs that resonate with the market. We are proud to contribute to Legal & General’s success, helping to elevate their Leisure Fund brand for years to come.
