When Immofinanz decided to rationalise their CEE portfolio under the new VIVO! brand, they asked Air to help design the brand standards, wayfinding and the interiors standards. The commercial objectives were clear. By leveraging buying power across the 10 assets within the €650m portfolio, they would be able to drive up occupancy, sales and footfall. This successful portfolio now spans four countries, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Air’s new logo, graphics and signage effectively personifies the vibrant, contemporary and community-orientated VIVO! brand whilst also allowing the retailer good expression and enabling customers to easily navigate.
