The new VIVO! brand standards leveraged buying power across Immofinanz's portfolio, driving higher occupancy rates, increased sales, and greater footfall across the four countries—Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Our collaboration with Immofinanz to unify their Central and Eastern European (CEE) portfolio under the VIVO! brand highlights our expertise in strategic design consultancy for the refurbishment of large-scale retail assets, creating impactful brand identities and strategic design solutions that align with commercial objectives and enhance user experiences.

When Immofinanz sought to rationalize their €650 million CEE portfolio of 10 shopping centres, they turned to Air Design to develop VIVO! comprehensive brand standards, wayfinding system, and interior design guidelines.

VIVO! comprehensive brand standards

  • We designed a vibrant, contemporary visual identity that embodies the community-oriented spirit of the VIVO! brand. The design reflects the energy and diversity of the shopping centres while maintaining a cohesive look across all locations.
  • Clear, user-friendly signage ensures seamless navigation for visitors, enhancing the customer journey and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Our interior design standards balance a consistent brand experience with flexibility for retailers, enabling them to express their individuality while aligning with the VIVO! ethos.

Air’s new logo, graphics and signage effectively personifies the vibrant, contemporary and community-orientated VIVO! brand whilst also allowing the retailer good expression and enabling customers to easily navigate.
