The wayfinding brief across Address Downtown, Address Dubai Mall, and Address Opera District required a single design system that could serve three architecturally distinct properties while maintaining a coherent brand language throughout. Materials were specified for longevity and ease of maintenance — critical in luxury hospitality environments where signage condition directly affects guest perception. The system integrates seamlessly with the properties’ architectural palettes, using refined finishes and restrained typography that reflects the brand’s positioning.
