For developers aiming to create impactful and sustainable urban spaces, Air Design developed the River City Prague interiors and wayfinding design solutions tailored to align with environmental and community-focused goals.

Air Design has implemented a series of enhanced experience initiatives at River City Prague through urban development, interior design, and wayfinding. This includes a comprehensive wayfinding system, custom interior reception areas, and outdoor office and roof gardens to enrich the experience for tenants and visitors.

This integrated approach—combining wayfinding, green spaces, and architectural design—positions the River City Prague interiors and wayfinding design solutions in supporting a model for sustainable urban developments, offering seamless navigation and a cohesive experience for all. Following these enhancements, CA Immo reported strong tenant demand and secured multiple lease agreements within the complex, affirming its appeal as a leading business district.

Known for its striking architecture, Prague’s renowned 84,000 sq m mixed-use business district River City Prague has been featured in several films, most notably as the setting where Bond earns his double-0 status in the James Bond film "Casino Royale." The Schmidt Hammer Lassen designed Mississippi House and Missouri Park add two new buildings achieving both LEED Platinum certification and Well Health and Safety rating.

Included within our brief was the concept design of an outdoor office and roof gardens to be used by tenants for meetings, presentations and social events. Designed to be used as an open space with wind protection, or fully weather proof, the walls and roof panels all slide open.

The bespoke wayfinding solution spans all five buildings, public areas, and a vast parking facility, integrating distinctive architectural and landscaping elements inspired by the riverbank environment. This design incorporates unique graphics that reflect the architecture and landscape features throughout the space.
