Through our strategic design approach, we delivered a dynamic branding solution for the Leisure Fund that aligns with the fund’s vision, enhances its market presence, and supports its mission of delivering exceptional leisure experiences.

The fund managed 17 assets with a net asset value of £245.6 million, reporting a net initial yield of 7.5%. The fund invests in high-quality leisure schemes across prime UK locations, aiming to deliver leading food, drink, and leisure brands.

Legal & General engaged Air Design to develop a unified branding system across their portfolio assets and create a standout masterbrand for the fund. We designed a flexible graphic framework that seamlessly reflects the fund’s core values while celebrating the variety and excitement of its individual asset brands.

The new masterbrand captures the essence of innovation, quality, and experience-driven leisure, positioning the fund as a market leader in the UK leisure property sector.
