With a focus on enhancing the shopping journey, Arabian Centres wayfinding and signage solutions ensure seamless navigation and an elevated brand presence, establishing Cenomi Centres as a leader in mall customer experience design in Saudi Arabia.
Air Design has elevated the brand experience for the Arabian Centres wayfinding and signage solutions across their portfolio, which includes 21 malls in 11 major cities—featuring flagship destinations like Mall of Arabia and Nakheel Mall.
To further enhance customer experience, Air Design introduced a range of upgrades, including modernised information desks, restrooms, changing rooms, and family rooms, which are now being implemented across all properties.
Air were commissioned to review the portfolio brand touchpoints, from foodcourt design through to wayfinding and signage. A range of upgrades including info desks, toilets, changing rooms and family rooms have been specified which are being deployed through the assets.
