Engaged to redefine the strategy for Al Othaim Malls’ portfolio of eight premier shopping and entertainment centres, we conducted a detailed audit and analysis to develop a robust five year repositioning and leasing plan.
- In-Depth Portfolio Analysis – Each mall was meticulously studied to assess its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the competitive landscape.
- Tenant Mix Redefinition – We reimagined the tenant mix across key categories, including retail, leisure, entertainment, and food & beverage, to align with evolving consumer expectations and market trends.
- Reconfiguration and Renovation Plans – Comprehensive plans for reconfiguring and renovating all assets were designed to optimise space utilisation and enhance customer experiences.
- Alignment with Vision 2030 – The strategy was tailored to support the board’s ambitious 2030 vision, reinforcing Al Othaim Malls’ position as a market leader in Saudi Arabia’s retail and entertainment sectors.
