With China easing their isolation regulations, the beautiful Shanghai Modern Art Museum and Halcyon Riverbank are finally reopening their doors.
Enriched with culture, beauty and art, the Halcyon Riverbank is one of Shanghai’s most contemporary mixed-use developments spanning 50,000 sqm and stretching over half a km along the Huangpu river. The destination comprises of elevated walkways, the Modern Art Museum, the Halcyon Art Gallery, bespoke retail, restaurants, bars and exhibitions spaces.
In 2017, Air created the brand identity and positioning for the Museum and its sub brands, including internal and external wayfinding scheme to navigate around this artistically inspired cultural hub.
Air also designed an aesthetically sculptural and industrial-inspired interior to create a versatile and vibrant space which encourages visitors to engage with art and immerse themselves into the different cultures being represented.
