Our collaboration with Immofinanz to develop the VIVO! Market concept stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful and strategic design consultancy for retail and F&B spaces. By prioritising flexibility, local appeal, and customer experience.

Since its opening in 2020, VIVO! Market in Bratislava has established itself as a successful and popular destination. Located within the VIVO! Bratislava shopping centre, the market offers a diverse selection of high-quality products and dining options from local vendors, including fresh produce, artisanal foods, and beverages.

The market’s unique indoor farmers’ market concept has been well-received by visitors, providing a distinctive shopping experience that sets it apart from traditional retail offerings.

Integration of Local and Modern Elements: The VIVO! Market concept uniquely combines healthy, local deli-style market stalls with cooked food offerings, creating a specialty experience that appeals to diverse customer preferences.

Flexible Modular System: We designed bespoke modular units featuring steel frames with wood infills and counters. This system allows for easy reconfiguration throughout the seasons and the flexibility to set up in other locations, maximising the market’s adaptability.

Biophilic and Ambient Design: High-level planting adds a touch of nature, bringing tranquillity and beauty to the market space. Warm, high-level lighting enhances the atmosphere, creating an inviting and light-hearted environment.

A bespoke modular system comprising of steel frame units with wood infill and counters were designed to provide VIVO! Market with the flexibility to reconfigure throughout the seasons and pop up in other locations. The biophilic designs of high-level planting revitalises the market by breathing tranquillity and beauty into the surrounding atmosphere whilst the high-level lighting provides a warm, light-hearted ambience.
