In a long-standing collaboration with property owners Multi, we redefined the identity of Blanchardstown Centre with a strategic brand overhaul, cohesive marketing materials, and a comprehensive site-wide wayfinding programme, supporting a €9.3 million refurbishment.
The rebranding initiative, featuring a contemporary visual identity and unified marketing collateral, has reinforced the centre’s position as Ireland’s leading ‘Town Centre’ destination.
Blanchardstown Centre stands as a major retail and commercial hub in Ireland, centred around an award-winning shopping centre within a diverse retail ecosystem. With a 98% occupancy rate, the centre reflects high retailer demand and minimal vacancies, showcasing its appeal to top brands.
This vibrant destination encompasses global businesses, modern apartments, popular leisure amenities, and a wide range of dining options, creating a lively lifestyle choice for residents and visitors alike.
This transformation has positioned Blanchardstown Centre as Ireland’s premier ‘Town Centre’ destination, a dynamic alternative to Dublin’s main shopping district, attracting new international and local brands—including Ireland’s largest Zara store and the first FLANNELS store in the Republic of Ireland.
