Air Design showcases the vision and potential of mixed-use destinations through cohesive redevelopment branding and progressive design solutions.
The Bargate Quarter redevelopment transforms the former Bargate Shopping Centre into a vibrant mixed-use destination, reconnecting the area with Southampton’s city centre. Air Design developed a comprehensive branding strategy for Tellon Capital, creating an impactful brand identity, investor brochures, a dynamic website, and marketing collateral to communicate Bargate Quarter’s transformation and appeal to investors and the community.
With strong backing from the local community and government, construction initially commenced to revitalise the area around the historic Bargate and mediaeval town walls. Although temporarily delayed due to the main contractor’s administration, the project is now planned to restart, with the aim of welcoming residents and reenergising this historic part of Southampton.
