Engaged to redefine the strategy for Al Othaim Malls’ portfolio of 8 shopping and entertainment centres, we have audited, analysed and prepared a 5 year repositioning and releasing plan. This involved a detailed study on each mall with a redefinition of the tenant mix across retail, leisure/ents and food and beverage.
