Michelle joined Air after fourteen years at world-renowned architectural practice Benoy, where she was a key member of their management. Heading up our interiors team, she has led the strategy and design for many award-winning projects across the UK and overseas. Michelle’s global cross-sector experience encompasses retail, leisure, hospitality and residential and the wealth of knowledge she has acquired as a result informs both her creative design and commercial awareness.

Apart from having enviable design skills, Michelle is also a talented dressmaker and enjoys dancing to jazz music.
