Air Design is thrilled to announce that we’ve been appointed by Red Sea Markets to develop the branding, wayfinding, and signage for the iconic Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the second most popular tourist destination in the region, following only Mecca, Red Sea Mall plays a vital role in shaping the retail and leisure landscape in the area.

We are collaborating closely with Red Sea Markets to create a modern, forward-thinking brand identity that aligns with the mall’s diverse offerings and sophisticated environment. Our work will also include the development of socially engaging landscapes and flexible digital applications, such as a dedicated website, app, and interactive touchscreens, all designed to enhance the visitor experience and contribute to a welcoming ambiance.

The wayfinding systems for both the mall and car park will be designed to help customers efficiently navigate the expansive 242,200 sqm space, which houses a variety of lifestyle amenities, from luxury brands to leisure and dining destinations. These systems will complement the modern digital features and branding throughout the space.

Red Sea Mall boasts over 600 retail stores, anchored by Centre Point and Sparky’s VOX Cinemas, and a 5-star Elaf hotel. The recently expanded 39,164 sqm area now includes exciting new leisure and F&B offerings, such as Tekzone VR, Eataly, and The Cheesecake Factory. The addition of these experiences solidifies Red Sea Mall as the prime destination in Jeddah to shop, dine, relax, and work within a dynamic, mixed-use environment.
